Weed is good so I bought a half ounce a day for a week I came in today oct/24 at 2:00pm and asked the guy working about the gummies and he was very rude to me I was asking him witch one was the strongest and what the difference are he acted like my questions were annoying him then he said he couldn't understand me but I know he heard me and understood what I was saying. Then he began to raise his voice at me. So i left the store. Horrible experience if you can't answer a few simple questions about the products your selling maybe you shouldn't be in a customer service position.

I've loved this place and the people. There were no issues until today when I purchased RSO. They only had 3 options and I asked for a specific one with cbd in it. I also got flower and hemp rope. Upon getting home I opened the bag and found that she actually gave me the wrong RSO. It was the one with zero cbd in it. So I drove back to the store to switch it out. The tender recognized me immediately and when I brought up the issue she acknowledged right away that she remembered me asking for cbd and admitted that she grabbed the wrong one. She said unfortunately, even though it was her mistake, the store policy is no returns and I would have to buy a whole new RSO, offering only a 20% discount. I was shocked and asked if she would just buy it for me since she made the mistake. She went back to talk to the manager and the manager wouldnt even come out. She came back and informed me that I would still have to just buy a new one at a 20% discount if I wanted it. So yeah, its a pretty shocking outcome and I feel really wronged here. And the sad thing is I will probably still shop here because its close to my house and I do like the stuff they sell. But wow I feel really let down and just can't believe this is how they chose to handle this situation.
