        Expensive garments come with cheap molded plastic parts that break. I've been emailing the customer support for over a month with no reply. Avoid

        If you receive/buy a gift there is no credit/exchange policy. You need to return the item and ask the person who gave the gift to repurchase something for you. That is rude and awkward. It took customer service 2 weeks to respond to an email. Definitely, wont be shopping here in the future.

        Haven't visited since POLER relocated from their OG HQ (5 yrs ago for me I think). What a perfect space and layout for the most authentically awesome brand. Great light, great products, great staff, great camp vibes. POLER till I roll over.
