It took them 9 months to install cabinets. When installed it was full of mistakes. They were reluctant to do anything until I took them to CCB

Great cabinets but consistently very poor service and no follow through unless I call to ask where my product is. Nearly 3 mo ( so far)to get cabinet rolling shelves expected originally in 10 days) due to multiple mistakes by B.A. and repeatedly dropping the ball. Each time my project was put back to bottom of shelving production list. He thought how to use original rollout shelves a month after installer said they wouldnt fit cabinet only to then find they were lost . Ive been extremely frustrated with our service. Lost more than a foot of cabinet depth under island due to his poor planning. Nice cabinets but employees lacking - a lot!

We recently purchased a small run of AristoKraft cabinets from Parr and were very disappointed with our experience. We are upgrading our kitchen in stages, and doing the work ourselves. We wanted good quality cabinets that would last as long as the 1960's original ones we were removing. Nothing fancy, no trims, crazy doors etc. Instead the salesperson directed us to AristoKraft assuring us they were excellent cabinets and there was not really a difference between them and the next price point up. We did a quick layout to get a budget. The cost for the cabinets was much less than we were willing to pay, but we had been promised good quality so we were feeling good. He told us to send him the final dimensions for a formal quote, which he would get to us by the end of the week. Instead, we sent an email with the dimensions and heard nothing. We checked back after a week. When we finally got the quote 2 weeks later, it was for the wrong style with a layout that was different than what we had mocked up in the store. We sent the corrections and ordered the cabinets. I was told on the phone that the salesperson would let me know in a couple of days when the cabinets would be shipped. We waited. Nothing. A week and a half later we email the salesperson again about the status of our cabinets. He is on vacation. We email the manager and finally get a response. They are arriving the day after the salesperson gets back from vacation. The day they are supposed to arrive we get an email that is a single word, just the current date. That was his response to the emails we had sent while he was on vacation. 2 days later we had to email again to see if they actually had come in. We had wanted them delivered before the weekend and if that was not possible to pick them up from the shop. In hindsight, we should have looked for a different shop after the first mishap with the quote, but we were on a time crunch and had already been waiting. The salesman never figured out how to reply all in an email, always responding only to my husband. The cabinets that arrived were junky 1/4" ply boxes that looked glued together. The doors had not been adjusted on the hinges. The edges looked like they had been shoved through a table saw and were chipped. We were told that we would have what was needed to install them. The screws included were unusable. The frameless fronts overhung by 1/4" and you need a filler piece to install two cabinets next to each other. These were not included. Instead we got two useless pieces of crown molding trim. These cabinets are not going to last 60 years. If we are lucky they might last 5. After this experience, we did not feel valued as customers. We felt we were clear on our expectations and intentions to purchase additional cabinets and counters in the near future. Instead, we will be looking to buy elsewhere to complete our remodel. We still have the rest of our kitchen and countertops to finish and will probably need to replace the ones we just installed sooner than we wanted.
