I would recommend that anyone thinking about buying or selling a business work with a broker. We worked with Dan Walkowski to sell a retail store in the Columbia Gorge. The experience of selling a business was a lot more detailed than I could have imagined. Dan did not push an agenda on us, but instead listened to our wishes and needs.
