Just want to let yall know. Your driver in the Amtrak run on 12/28/23. Handled a situation incredibly well today when she was blocked in by another bus as she was trying to depart. I cant believe how incredibly rude the other bus driver was, As well as the lady that was riding the wheelchair lift in an unsafe manner. To your driver I hope you guy do something to recognize your driver for being professional. Included is a pic of the the rude driver they blocked our bus in and rude lady

I rarely write reviews, but MTR's customer service and delivery has been so exceptional they deserve all the stars! We are a high school club sport, and needed multiple trips for our season booked this year. The response from the very first interaction, follow up, 24 hour confirmations prior to the trips with contact info, our absolutely Amazing Bus Driver and last but not least, their willingness to partner when a reschedule was necessary was above and beyond most customer service you see anywhere! Every single person who works for MTR that I have encountered is a gem, and you have created customers for life! Thank you!! Christina and the Sherwood High School Snowboard Team!

Bus #258 driving like a jackass going up to Mt hood meadows at around 7:45am, speeding and forcing people out of the cleared part of the road by driving on the shoulder
