I have been going to this store for sometime never again. 2 times i have purchase hair for braiding both times the hair when braiding comes a loose.I was paying 26.00 for 2 braid in one package. Once i bought hair for braiding it was weaving hair because it was on its track the hair was difficult to use . I didnot return because i didnot use hair after 2 months. This place has really CHANGE PRODUCTS ARE NOT the same. NEVER AGAIN.

Would say they are RACIST but they hire people of color. BLACK COMMUNITY STOP SHOPPING HERE Had the worst experience not sure if the young lady at the counter is White, Russian or Mexican, but she was very unprofessional & disrespectful the owner obviously doesnt care how her customers are treated (a black women has already been assaulted by the male owner) & forgetting the customer is the ONLY reason she has a thriving business in this community but I gather cheap minimum wage help means more to the owner. Im a firm believer in Karma and cant wait to see this store no longer exists in the NE Portland community.

I went to this store sometime in 2020 and my second time there was last week in this month of janruary 2024 the customer service was superb and welcoming, one of the staff later approached me and offered to help me if i needed help which was so nice,i will definately be going back good customer service experience.
