Legendary Makeup & Hair

I was excited to use this companies service from all the reviews, sadly it was less then expected, if not for the expert artist that was sent I'd of felt ripped off!! I went through a thorough questioning to ensure my "Perfect Day" remained such but only half the promises were met! And when I report it they act like they need to call the artist or give my money back! The day is gone and ruined!! I can't buy back my hopes for a failure! All in all make sure you keep reminding them so they don't forget to tell their artist wish I had

Absolutely terrible! I received an invoice for services I never received. I asked for a quote, and they emailed back saying they weren't available on the day I requested (which is absolutely and totally fine) but then they SENT ME AN INVOICE for the services I had wanted but they said that they didn't have the availability! I called and sent multiple emails to get this fixed AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! Clearly I'm not going to pay them for doing nothing but tell me that they weren't available. Their customer portal is also terrible. Customer beware!

My new keratin bond hair extensions were severely damaged by a stylist working for Legendary Hair and makeup. I told the stylist that I had hair extensions in and she teased, pulled, ripped, and put product on my keratin bonds causing them to fall out during a bridal party hair styling on September 18th. My hair extensions had to be replaced, costing me another $1700, and I reached out to Legendary Hair and Makeup about it and they argued with me and said there was a contract. Unprofessional, untrained and not only did she damage my new hair extensions that were put in 5 days before the wedding, but my real hair as well, causing for a lot of unnecessary breakage. I do not recommended them, nor will I ever. Dont go here if you value the life of your hair, extensions or not. Service: Hairstyling

I highly recommend Legendary Makeup & Hair! I had the pleasure of having Jules come do my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was friendly, polite, on time, and helped me to choose the perfect look for my special day. Not only did she help me to look and feel beautiful, but the products she used for my makeup were amazing! Quite a few (happy) tears were shed during our wedding and my makeup still lasted until i was getting ready for bed 12 hours later! Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Legendary!
