After talking with several remodeling companies in the Portland area about adding a cover over our deck we opted to go with Willco and we were not disappointed! The craftsmanship of their carpenters is exceptional and their communication was top notch. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend them to everyone we know! I recommend that if you work with this group you install a porch camera so that you can have a record of when the contractors are actually at your property working. I am a tenant, and the homeowner hired this company to do repairs on the bathroom. On the days I was at home when the contractors came to the house to work, they stated they worked for 8 hours when they were only inside the house for 3. When we tried to help the homeowner challenge the provided hours, they refused to make any changes. The work you'll get will be decent once you follow up several times to make sure the job is complete. We had to call the company twice to send a plumber back when the installed shower continued to leak water, and it's still leaking now. At this point, we decided that we'll just fix it ourselves. They also left lead paint chips in our yard for days before they were finally cleaned up. We actually had a scare with our dog when we found her nosing a lead paint chip that must have stuck to one of our shoes when we came in the house. To be fair, the contractors were friendly people during the whole process. But I would not use this business.
