I got into some trouble a little while back and needed a good defense attorney. One of my friends hired Jake a few years ago and always told me if I needed an attorney I should call Jake. I took his advice, called Jake and got ahold of him even though it was the weekend. I was nervous about my case because I couldn't afford to lose my job, but he helped me through the entire thing and got me a great result. I ended up with just probation and community service and because of his work, I was able to keep my job. I'd recommend Jake to anyone in trouble.

I don't even know where to begin. I was really nervous about hiring a lawyer. There are so many to choose from and I had never needed a lawyer before. But I found myself in way over my head trying to get caught back up with my debts after losing my job. I had been recommended to Jacob by a friend who had also filed bankruptcy, and I am so lucky I called. He answered his own phone, answered all my questions and never once tried to hurry me off the phone. Then we scheduled an appointment and there was no fee for meeting him. I knew once I met him in person I had chosen the best person for me. He is really laid back, but professional at the same time. He helped me understand all of my options, answered all of my questions throughout the process, and was a great support. My bankruptcy went through quickly and the meeting of creditors was a breeze because he prepared me for everything ahead of time. And his fees were really inexpensive compared to some of the other attorneys I spoke with. He really helped me get my life back on track.

Jake is the only attorney I'll ever work with if I can help it. He has represented both me and one of my adult children on different issues and I couldn't be happier with his services. Jake is a really down to earth guy. I had a ton of questions but he didn't treat me like I was a bother and he took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. Thumbs up for an honest lawyer. He was able to work with my schedule, which meant meeting me on the weekend. Even though he's pretty laid back, he was all business in the court room. You could tell the judge knew him really well. In the end, he convinced the judge to drop all $2000 of fines the prosecutor was asking for and to give me community service. I couldn't believe it! I was able to get out of there with no jail and no fines, just community service. I recommend him to anyone who gets in trouble.
