Everyone I spoke to at Portland Balloon Delivery was amazing! I can't thank them enough for being so kind, helpful, and going above and beyond to make sure each order was delivered. Who knew customer service as special as this still existed.

We ordered a rainbow unicorn balloon bouquet for my daughter's 5th bday and our daughter was delighted w/ the assortment of balloons selected, as well as, the box of candy attached as the weight. I appreciate that the company delivered them early in anticipation of a snowstorm, rather than cancelling the delivery. And, 2.5 weeks later the balloons still have a lot of life in them!

I ordered balloons for an actors opening night. I had specified Congratulations balloons, but when the company noticed that my gift card included Break a Leg for the actor, they found some beautiful Break a Leg balloons to add to the mix. The balloons were so beautiful and Portland Balloon Delivery went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

I ordered balloons for my daughter, the attached picture is what she received. They blew away, due to careless delivery. I had to request a refund THREE times (two emails and a phone call). They FINALLY responded and said theyd refund me. The lady was apologetic and nice. That was two weeks ago. I filed a dispute with my bank. I just called again and the gentleman was super rude and basically said to take it up with my bank. Great customer service there. Never again. Next time Ill order from Instacart.
