I took my Audi in for service and new battery. There was a coolant leak diagnosed. I was sent pictures as well as a phone call describing the issue and cost to repair. The next day I received another call letting me know the vehicle was complete and come to find out it took less labor to take care of the problem and the final cost would be much less than estimated. What a great group of professionals that exhibit honesty in what they do. They could have easily just billed me for the estimate and I would have not known. Thanks for being honest and ethical

Ive been bringing my E93 M3 to Matrix for about 8 years now after becoming disillusioned with the local Beamer dealership. Initially I had them mount and balance some new tires I bought on the internet, and was impressed with the service so decided to start getting my regular services there too. In the time since, Ive had several parts fail from time served (its an 09, so sensors and modules have started to reach their end of life) and theyve always done a great job of communicating costs upfront and getting the repair work done in a timely fashion. The only hiccup Ive had is with a faulty O2 sensor that took a couple of months and some expensive diagnostic work to diagnose, where I ended up identifying the actual sensor bank that was failing to the shop myself using an over the counter OBDII reader, but once I pointed them in the right direction, they got the sensor swapped out and the issue has not returned. Unfortunately, all this wear and tear comes with the territory when you own an older M car. Most recently, I had one of the throttle actuator control modules fail, and Tom and the team were able to get my car in on short notice, diagnosed and repaired within a week. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experiences at Matrix Integrated and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a more personalized experience when getting their European performance car serviced.
