The RVs are typically 3 years old or less. Manufacturing difficulties due to covid has slowed new inventory replenishment for every industry, everywhere— including motorhomes. Thus, a handful of our vehicles are 4 years old.We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Nonetheless, we try our best to look for and hold onto items when customers call looking for them. As the owner of this business, I even take time out of my personal life to go to the post office after we close so I can hand deliver shipped lost and found items to make sure they do not get lost/ stolen from a mail box or mail carrier.Yes I could not find your items (that we held onto for weeks for you)… and I am still looking for them… And I will still call you when we find your personal property. You can even feel free to come in and have one of our leatherman tools if we can’t find yours— a leatherman tool isn’t important enough for a public online shaming (at least to us). I wish you luck working with another RV rental business.
