John just gets it. He understands the challenges of owning a business and he is incredibly knowledgeable about the types of risks involved and how to insure them. He got us more coverage for less premium than we'd had before. But most importantly I could rest easy knowing we had the right coverage. When it came time to move on, John advised me on how long to maintain the coverage post-sale of the business. And when we were ready to cancel coverage, Ann at his office was amazing. She paid attention to the details and advocated for us when the insurance company had an issue processing our cancellation request. Bottom line: the folks at JB Nibley know what they're doing. And they do it because they are passionate about helping people succeed in their businesses. Highly recommend.
