Where to even begin This business trashed my brand new Tacoma. My vehicle was involved in a simple hit and run that took my mirror off and damage the door about two months after driving it off the lot brand new. These people caused nearly $3000 in damages to my truck in the process of uninstalled and reinstall while painting. They sprayed the inside of my driver window with paint destroying the tint. When they went to remove the truck bed, they significantly damaged my fuel system, tail lights, and door sensors. The process of removing a truck bed off of a Tacoma and reinstall, is simpler than changing spark plugs. I still have a door panel that scratched to hell with white paint affiliated with those scratches that happened at the beginning of repairs when they over sprayed onto my window with paint. They were leaving my vehicle with the keys in it with the vehicle unlocked on Stark Street in one of the worst neighborhoods of Portland, when I literally given my steering wheel wheel club and the key to the dealership and ask them to make sure that this vehicle is 100% secure at all times. When I confronted their estimator, he went on a rant about how he has guns and how tight he is with the homeless people on the street what you gonna do man? open fire at somebody trying to steal my vehicle? Throw your body in front of a moving car? This individual called me up and tried to threaten me to not finish the vehicle because his ego was so bruised by a simple request to not leave my key fob in the truck with it unlocked while not being repaired. The person that I dealt with afterwards, Liz, continue to prattle on about all of the drama within her company, and the problems that were persisting with the relationships of the people working for this body shop. I wouldnt go anywhere near the shop for any kind of repair whatsoever. These people are volatile, neglect their duty of repair, and absolutely abhorrent with how they treat their customers. They literally caused more damage to my vehicle, than the actual accident itself which was purely cosmetic. Youve been warned Portland. edit 02/12/2024: your response is absolute nonsense and deviates from your own responsibility of duty to repair, Not to mention the fact that I was blatantly, harassed and threatened by your staff member as a paying Customer that simply didn't want you leaving my vehicle unlocked with the key in it, and one of the worst neighborhoods of Portland. It would've cost $1500 loan to re-key that vehicle had they been stolen. The other negligence and repeated damage is after being harassed indicate intentional sabotage to this vehicle. Lizzy: I'm sending you a text message today to the phone number that we were using previously during these repairs. I suggest you respond otherwise actions are being taken to correct this situation and have my vehicle and the damages you caused properly repaired.

I came here after having some bad experiences at other auto body shops and let me tell you they are Amazing. First off, everyone here is incredibly sweet and personable. You can tell that its owner run and everyone is taken care of. My car came back so clean and spot on. Seriously, they even detail the inside of your car and mine was a mess before, its gorgeous now. The repairs done were managed and performed in a top notch fashion. I would recommend these guys hands down. They kept me updated throughout the process and even had it done a week early. This place made something that can be an inconvenience into a pleasurable experience.
