Update 3/24/22 finally got them to call me back when they thought i was a new customer now have been avoiding me again ***UPDATE AS OF 3/15/2022 STILL NO RESOLUTION STILL BEING AVOIDED WHEN I REACH OUT VIA PHONE / EMAIL FOR ANY RESOLUTION FILED WITH BBB AND REPORTED DISPUTED CHARGES FOR MY CREDIT CARD NEXT STEP WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF NEED BE - UNRELIABLE BUSINESS HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND ***UPDATE 03/08/2022 - I RECIEVED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND SEE I WAS CHARGED $372 FOR A PROJECT I WAS TOLD WAS ONLY GOING TO BE $200 (NO WONDER WHY THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME A RECIEPT) awaiting to hear back on how smoothly this error will be fixed *** Its been a week and no response to calls or emails. Emails go unresponded to and phone calls they say they will call me back but dont get my namenor number blowing me off - i have now placed a dispute with credit card company and have filed a complaint with better business beauru as well - claim # 16857981 if anyone cares to read it ** ORIGINAL COMMENTS FROM JAN 2022 - Tech was on time didnt really do a great job cleabing up though. There wad an issue with payment initially the tech requested cash for payment and said they couldnt accept cards. Not that it was a technical issue but policy. No where on website did it mention cash only for payment. Many people these days dont just have a few hundred extra dollars on hand especially when an unexpected expense such as vandalizm happens. The tech wanted to follow us to ths bank to withdraw the $$ - well that wasnt gonna happen i was using a credit card since i didnt have that extra $$ in my monthly budget expenses. In the end they took credit card payment iver phone but if credit cards arent allowed as payment this should probably be posted on the website or discussed when talking to agent to schedule!

Rude and unprofessional, whoever they sent was rude and definitely does not know how to talk to customers and charged more for than the original price given. Left a bunch of dirt and grass inside the vehicle that they brought in while working on the vehicle. Would not recommend, have a second vehicle that needs a window replaced and will be going with a different company. Service: Auto windshield repair

We had our windshield replaced 3/14/21 the man who replaced our windshield was not very polite. He had a bad attitude from the moment he arrived. It started from him banging on my kitchen window instead of knocking our door. He yelled from my driveway that he was there to replace the windshield. No hello, or my name is, o okay whatever. During the service he was blasting loud music, I was worried my neighbors might complain, but I brush it off and didnt say a thing.Later on as I had to head out, I told him I had to leave and asked if he had been paid yet and he responded in a rude tone. Saying Im almost done, and you owe me $190 which was more than the quote we were given over the phone. To finalize I like to mention that our vehicle was not cleaned up after the service man tracked mud and grass. Usually thats cleaned up after. Alpha auto glass left a bad impression on us as their employee was very unprofessional. Service: Auto windshield repair

Avoid at all costs - or it will cost you double - this place is a joke with pricing - well the joke is on me at the moment - they charged me double what i was told at the time of install - if you use a credit card you better have a huge jar of vaseline as you will be SCREWED! I asked why i was charged DOUBLE the amount the person on phone only said oh sorry i have too many numbers in my head i cant keep track! HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER! doing like others who have reported pricing issues and reporting to credit card company for dispute and better business beauru as the company isnt doing anything to help rectify this issue - this is not the way to run a business!

Great, fast, friendly service. Came to repair my window at my house for less than HALF the cost the Subaru dealership was charging. Customer service was straightforward (a person answers the phone, yay!). They answered during off hours and scheduled me for a service the following day first thing in the morning. They were on time and even cleaned up most of the broken glass out of my car! Bless these guys, I hope their business is successful and that everyone reads this review and hires them.
