Was referred here by State Farm, Eric was going to write up our estimate but was rude and unhelpful, absolute waste of time.

Got my car back and it looks like the accident never happened! Plus they washed it! The staff are super friendly. My dog even loved them, and thats saying a lot. Thanks everyone! Service: Body & Trim

Do not bring your car here to get repaired! They are manipulative and dishonest. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get your car in the door. I brought my car in for a repair, and from the very beginning, I told them I needed it done by a certain date or to reschedule if that was not possible. Eric assured me he would have it done. I got updates along the way with an estimated completion date passed when I needed it. Every time, I repeated I needed it done earlier or to reschedule, and every time Eric said he would get it done and keep me posted. The day came when I needed it, and he said it wasnt ready and that I could not pick it up. I referenced all the communication we had from Day 1, and he said It doesnt matter what you said, it isnt done. I use the car for work as a crucial part of my familys income, and his deceit ended up costing me $250 because it wasnt ready for my customer. The day came when it was finally done, and I was out of town and would pick it up as soon as I was back. He threatened to charge me a daily storage fee if I didnt come get it that day! I was out of town, and he was unwilling to work with me! To make it even worse, Eric told me it was just sitting for a week waiting for parts. I could have been using my car during that time to earn income! I will never bring a car here to be repaired, and I will do whatever I can to dissuade others as well. Service: Body & Trim
