Had the most horrible experience. Shay the woman at the desk started talking loud to me before I even got thru the door..I had to ask if she was talking to me. She was not in the best of mood(noticed by the way she was being rude & unfriendly & slamming papers around)We talked she was being aggressive & I told her to calm down & quit being so rude. Things got worse from there. She was rude & talked over my agent when he was trying to talk to her on the phone. She talked with her boss..don't know what she told him, he came out not smiling & spoke harshly to me stating that they would not work on my car because he doesn't like people talking rude to his employees. He was abrupt & rude did not ask me what happened. Yep horrible customer service.
