I cant say enough good things about this home and the people in it. The residents get the most loving care, and staff are always willing to go above and beyond for the lucky folks here. The home is warm and welcoming, the food is delicious, and your loved one is always looked after.

Alpine House is a wonderful, comfortable/ clean senior home. Joana is amazing, kind, and caring. With her many years of experience, Joana makes sure every detail is well managed. Definitely recommend

I don't know the kind of care you'd get here. But I don't think you'd be heard if there is a problem. I called to see if they took Medicaid/Medicare and the woman I spoke with was short tempered and quite rude. So rude in fact that when I was trying to find out how the care there measured up, she just hung up on me. I won't be convelesing there after surgery. I don't believe in any kind of abuse and having up on someone mid sentence is rude and abusive.

My Mom was a resident at Alpine House from late 2021 until her passing in June of 2022. Joana and her staff were SO kind and compassionate during Mom's stay. Mom had medical issues that required individualized attention, and Joana and team delivered. I saw other residents have the same experience during Mom's stay. Joana also strongly believes in creating a sense of community; she arranges for frequent group activities and encourages interaction among the residents. Family members of the residents are also welcome to visit. When I did so, I always felt a warm vibrancy in the house (but certainly nothing overwhelming). I will be forever grateful for the love and care Mom received at Alpine House. The world could use more people like Joana!
