We just renewed our lease after living here for over a year and we still absolutely love it. Neighbors are awesome, amenities are great, staff is wonderful. They host frequent events for residents and its so fun and a great way to get to know neighbors

My ex & I lived here and it was probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a management company. Its truly not safe, people would come & go in the building who had no business being there all day and night. His car was broken into in the parking garage. Also the management took FOREVER to respond to any issues in the apartment and usually brushed you off/gaslit you into thinking you were the issue. Jessica the property manager is uninterested in enforcing building policies so it doesnt matter what is wrong it probably wont get fixed. Definitely would not recommend!!

Yes, this complex has its perks, such as their amenities, but that was about the only thing positive about this place. The managements was truly a nightmare. The lack of concern and action in response to issues was a major let down. There were multiple incidents of unknown individuals getting into the secured garage area and breaking into vehicles. This not only posed a threat to residents property but also a major personal safety concern to residents. Despite numerous complaints, it seemed addressing any concern was a very low priority for them. Rent costs are considerably steep, it felt like an unjustifiable expense for the level of service provided. Considering the management team receives 40% discount off of their rental rate you would think they would be eager to fulfill tenant safety and satisfaction. Instead they put it on the back burner for you to deal with on your own. Very very disappointing

Gorgeous apartment complex, with the best view in Portland! Always clean and tidy, also the employees are incredible.
