Water Apartments

My car was stolen while living here a month in. One other within weeks of me had theirs stolen too. Have had issues with neighbors blaring music passed midnight in the middle of the week, hearing constant barking dogs, animal abuse, child abuse, etc. The rent is cheap compared to most locations and it's close to work which is the only reason I am here. But the lack of AC alone makes summer hard and the disrespectful noise just adds to other stresses. It feels relatively safe inside but I wouldn't chose to move here again, or recommend it for any car owner due to lack of security and response from management.
