    Seriously, do not buy a place here. You might be lucky and have nice neighbors, but you might be like me and have a herd of elephants who live upstairs and stomp on the floor at all hours of the night and throw parties on weekends. The floors and walls are paper thin and I can't get any sleep.

    Veronica was so patient with all of our questions and worked with us to find a great match in apartment. She was lovely to work with! When she was out of the office, the team stepped in and was very easy to work with as well. We are looking forward to using all of the amenities and having a great stay at Kado NW!

    Kado NW has the worst customer service. As someone trying to move in, theyve made is extremely difficult. Especially someone with multiple pets. If you are smart, dont waste your time on this place! Im glad things didnt work out because I can only imagine how difficult it would be if an actual problem came up, they wouldnt do anything to help out.

    I wanted to share about the wonderful customer service I recieved from Liz at the Kado inNW Portland. I was picking up a package for my nice who used to be a resident. Liz was so welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. Kudos to the Kado for having superb staff. I also want to thank the friendly housman/ security staff who let me in and directed me to Liz's office. Bravo!!!!!

    I lived at Kado for a year and I couldnt wait to leave. The leasing staff were completely useless the entire time I lived there. They were snotty and often completely unresponsive to concerns. My bathroom ceiling started leaking which led to several weeks of maintenance assessing and repairing the issue. At one point I had a huge humidifier, another fan, and a bucket to catch water for more than a week. When they were eventually able to do repairs, there was sawdust everywhere in my apartment causing my asthma and allergies to flair. When I reached out to the leasing staff to see if my rent could be discounted due to the inconvenience, they didnt even respond. Instead of just saying no. Grow a backbone and do your job. I will say that the maintenance team are great and very responsive. The apartment itself was also cheaply designed. Cabinets leave marks from everything. The floor was chipped and scuffed. The a/c unit was one of those cheap wall units that barely work. I was constantly hot in the bedroom at night because there was only a/c in the living room. And they wanted to raise my rent when I decided to leave. Ya, no thanks.
