Danielle Nicole's courtesy during the touring process was well received. Friendly, personable and gave suggestions with respect floorplan availability, parking and social activities in the area. Felt like an outing with a friend more than a formal thing, which was very comforting. Excellent views!

The leasing office has continued to be kind, communicative, and accommodating during our application and move-in process, and I would highly recommend living here. The amenities are great, the apartment is great, the staff is great!

Let me tell you about my experience at Storyline. From day one, I have been treated with kindness and respect. I had some barriers to overcome to be able to rent here and Jane helped me through the process. She and Hannah in the front office are two of the nicest people I have ever met. The building is so clean and well maintained, thanks to Matt, the maintenance man and the new lady who keeps the place so clean (I am sorry, but I cannot remember her name right now.) My apartment is beautiful, upgraded appliances, huge windows, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. We have trash chutes on each floor and secure recycling in the parking garage. Each month, the building has tenant events, for example, a waffle bar in January, cookie decorating in December and the upcoming Valentine's pizza party. One of my biggest concerns moving downtown was safety and I feel very safe at Storyline. There is secured access and patrols going around in the evening. Check this place out, I absolutely love living at Storyline!

This is my third year living at Storylinre and I want to give a huge shout out to Matt our Maintenance Supervisor. When Matt joined the team at Storyline he hit the ground running and has made a noticeable difference on the upkeep and aesthetics of our building. Matt is very effective in his role, highly skilled technically to resolve resident requests and has excellent communications and people skills. He is personable, professional, and demonstrates a passion for his work. In his role he leads with ease giving me confidence in his abilities and my requests were resolved quickly. As a highly skilled professional in his field, combined with great leadership skills, he is an asset to our property.the best maintenance supervisor into my 3rd year as a resident at Storyline.
