Lark Apartments

Moved here from a previous apartment. New management (Nathan and the other person [forgot the name]) are very fast at responding to emails, phone calls, and are pretty available in office as well for any questions. They were also very transparent with their current renovations plans and updates. They seem to take resident concerns and input very well, and they held up their end of the promise for deposits and concessions. The 2 bd I got was very much to my liking (as I dislike carpet, and the unit was all hardwood).

My fiance, and I just recently moved into this place, and I absolutely love it. The management here, they are very nice, very respectable people. Its a very quiet environment, very peaceful. I really appreciate the fact that they are trying to build a community here and honestly it truly reflects that

The whole team has been super amazing we moved down from Avana apartments and let me tell you the renovations are awesome they have promos and move in specials. So if you apply make sure you mention me for the referral! There's so much parking and they have security I really hope they're Stars increase because we have a great experience moving in! ...Love it here apartment is beautiful and the staff are very attentive and quick to resolve any issues. Very beautiful interiors.
