This complex and it's managing company, Norris and Stevens take advantage of the fact the location is unincorporated and does not have anyone requiring places like this to follow any sort of building code, (this is why it has been over a year now of rubble sitting outside one of the units, only after pictures being posted in their review they now have brought in a second company to fix the mess) The outside walls of their buildings are covered in mold. An air test done in our unit showed Aspergillus/Penicillium-like mold counts over 8,000 count/m. Have lived here for over two years now, and it has taken two years to get any sort of repair issues done. The current manager's (who has been here the whole two+ years I've lived here) husband who is the onsite handyman has taken pictures of me standing with my children at the bus stop at the front of the complex as means of intimidation due to our issues with his continual failed repair attempts. The management company Norris and Stevens have been no help in resolving these issues. The asset manager showed up at my door after 5pm with a $100 amazon gift card as means to pacify us, claiming it was a sign of "good gesture" after my family of 5 was left with waste water literally running down our shower wall from the unit above for a month with her telling us it was "habitable" Communicating with the office manager is impossible. She is never inside the office, and as you see no office hours are listed for the office. Her hours are "by appointment only" however, she never answers the phone or returns calls unless it's from a blocked number and using their Appfolio "app" for scheduling maintenance orders is a joke. They allow you to pick days/times that work for you, however the notice is then placed on your door, without any communication of the time and date that they have actually scheduled the "inspection/maintenance" of your issue, that turns out to not be in your specified range. The whole place needs a facelift. And if you do plan to move into this horribly managed complex, don't expect to have mail delivered here for up to the next year as all boxes on site have been broken into and we were informed we are on a "waitlist" for the post office to fix the boxes. There is no sense of security here despite posted signs of cameras on the property. The only cameras are located on the managers apartment/office building. There has been the wonderful mess of broken concert outside of one the upper apartment units for over a year and a half, and this is an outside property issue they have failed to even clean up. It isn't safe grounds for any age group of children to be outside playing as risks for injury are just too high. My car was stolen from the property, as well as we have had recent break-ins to the garages located onsite.

Lived here for years, then the owners decided to kick us out so they could raise the rent over the capped rate. As if that's not enough, they claimed to not have any records of us in order to deny us rental history. They're obviously trying to put old tenants on the streets so they can gentrify.

Lived here for over 5 years. On-site management has high turnover rate. Maintenance is neglectful and will wait until the last minute to come in. Overpriced for what they're offering. Would not recommend.

I had recently moved to the Beaverton-Portland area after having a tough decision as to where I would move into in those areas. Having toured the areas and the apartment complex; I decided it was a great fit for me and my family. The manager Rosie is very friendly and answered all of our questions. There are trails near by and the Washington Square Mall is only 1 mile away! I enjoy living there and Im glad we chose this location.
