        DO NOT MOVE HERE. We had mold in our apartment for months which they refused to fix so. They made us and several other tenants leave because the units were inhabitable. They gutted and remodeled the units then took our deposit and charged us for the things that we asked them to fix previously!! There is no parking and no amenities. Restrictions on air conditioning units, they only let you have them in during certain months so if it gets hot early in the year or late you are SOL because they dont care if its 100 degrees outside they will charge you $300 for having it up. These people are evil greedy.. stay away at all cost.

        I've been living here for 2 1/2 years now. It's a quiet complex, has washer and dryer in the units and clean environment. The management really cares about the property, so maintenance gets completed quickly. I enjoy living here.

        Garden Cottage Apartments Are very nice very close to all stores Restruants Bank Very good location. In my Case very close to where I work within walking distance Also I would like to mention this is a very safe place to live
