    Beware! Property manager posts phony review trying to cover his incompetence & unprofessionalism. He hot mad as t my team member and made it so she list the benefit that was paying all her move in costs plus e additional months rent. Never heard of anyone ever having had that happen. If you get help, these people will let it go and not care that they did.

    Not a good place to stay management is NEVER there to answer any questions or concerns. Has maintenance watching u so that they can violate u for any petty lil thing. Because of the are they need security that will be actually working! All they care about is money.

    This company applied for & received a tremendous sum of taxpayer money for paycheck protection. Under the same round of Grant's given due to the pandemic, I finally was granted rental assistance that included move in costs plus an added 3 full months of payments to stabilize me just as they needed at a difficult time. However, in my case my benefit was terminated on Fridsy because they allowed their incompetent apartment manager, Adam Heil, continue toto take mo action after I paid these crooks the $200 to secure the apartment- they refused to contact OREAP to Coburnthat I had secured an apartment, paid their retention fee that guaranteed me the space - Adam Heil flatly refused to send then anything on my behalf and out of desperation I contacted his manager who did nothing but ensure Adam epukf continue to do nothing and I lost my benefit. Ironic, how they paid this incompetent manager who retaliated against me for complaining that he was not doing his job when he wasn't! Instead of working with Adam on this issue, his boss Danny l, chose to let Adam rob me of my benefit. I have all the xorrespindebxe and proof of payment that they took from me without fulfilling the obligation they had to report this to the agency that was helping me, the last day to use it wa Friday. Having a roof over my head is what makes me able to go to work everyday, pay taxes that make benefits possible for this company and for me ,enables me to be a productive member of society. JM W Properties instead made me homeless. I am officially without anywhere to go and without enough money to pay all the fees to go elsewhere- they squandered it all but knew how to take that money for themselves to ensure they propered. They have a portfolio worthmillions & begged for help, what did they think would happen to me? They don't care.

    Worst management of an account for client in supportive services I've ever encountered. There is no excuse especially in these difficult times for a property manager not to proactively assist a customer so that they are housed, supported and safe. I got a disturbing message last night from a client who is haed working, genuinely just a good person that our office thought we would be celebrating her triumph over adversity but the apartment manager at Alder Crossing refused to do anything to help our client, let me add that "A" is one of the most deserving ,diligent and responsible clients I've ever served I'm hurting for her that she waa horribly mistreated by the community manager here. I want to make sure that the person(s) in loved in red refusing to cooperate with the federal rent relief program have much to explain and that the person you hurt has our whole office asking that this matter be investigated . I really hope there is a mjsunderstanding here but i ready logged in tobour oartner agency site and no one from Alder Crossing cobtacted Commubity Choice, the federaly approved agenvy responsibke for Oregon rent support. and tge law is very c andear about requirjng that all propertescare required to accept rental assist ckienteje and Alder Crossing i jnjw refused to engafe in thus process or it woukd have been noted. Shame on all property managers who treat their clients with the degree of indifference that this manager did.

    People worked very hard to get me rental assistance. a fantastic opportunity , a much needed helping hand after leaving a n abusive situation. I was so excited . I am now beside myself , property manager Adam Heil. was very dismissive of my needs and when I specifically told him I am disabled and requested reasonable accommodation ,didn'tjust refuse , but very deliberately ensured I would lose over $5000 in help that was a real God send for me intended to help me gain stability and feel safe, which I have not felt for years. This meant everything to me. Adam was not farting back to me, clarifying information or treating me with any thing but annoyance and showed no concern or appreciation for this opportunity I was granted and began to deliberately ensure I would not receive that help. I contacted contacted Adam's supervisor who never checked back with me to see if the problem with Adan Heil's purposeful refusal.to anything I asked had been solved but instead let Adam listen to my distressed message to him, his name is Danny and this is his business , which only inspired more contempt from Adam who let me know he was angry about my contacting his manager to get help. The manager/ owner was complicit in letting an employee , Adam Heil, act so maliciously as to destroy the one ray of hope I had. I have been reeling from the tremendous loss.of my family , the pain of being abused and isolated.- what Adam has done is particularly cruel. I am filing a complaint with BOLI for violating federal ADA. I tried in vain to reach his manageragain but he did not return my desperate calls for help in time to save my funding nor did he check back with me to ensure Adam was not continuing to ignore all my requests for help. doIn't know how much worse strangers that y jo were trying to get thousands of dollars to can treat you than destroying my only hope for me to be safe from abuse andi live happy.
