    I miss the previous management. This new property management company is horrible. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. It takes weeks for someone to reply and usually NO ONE replies. For some reason someone was listed on our lease from the previous management, and I've reached out to the current management to take that person off multiple times. STILL NOT RESOLVED! It's unfair if they're raising my rent with that person included. Landscaping is not the same as before. I haven't needed maintenance so I can't speak on that. These new prices they're charging new residents are ridiculous. These places are OLD. Fix up the places before you charge such a ridiculous amount.

    Management is not consistent with responding- they do not get maintenance orders complete in a timely manner. The grounds are unkept.

    Looking at the new prices and we are shocked. The places just went to new ownership and the prices are HIGH HIGH HIGH. The places are old with very little insulation, out dated appliances, etc. It would take something short of a miracle to get these places worth what they are asking... it's corporate America gauging the little guy. New owners are Trinity Property Management.

    Horrible property management company. Corporate company with no personality or care for the residents that live in the local community. They would much rather charge competitive pricing and run residents out then provide quality homes. Homes are run down and outdated but they charge an extra arm and a leg to new residents to justify the work. Rental rates will sky rocket and they only care about the capital and greed. Months for issues to be resolved, grounds look horrible, unnecessary projects, constant entering of your unit, and taxation without representation. 2/3 of my neighbors have left due to the recent changes in management. They are charging astronomical rates for new residents that how can a person even afford it, you can find 3 bedroom full houses in the area for the same price these people are very very very out of touch with reality and how to properly take care of a neighborhood as management. Update: windows get replaced and I dont have screens added to my windows. I asked the manager for 3 weeks. Kept getting told it would get done by the end of the week for 3 weeks straight. Finally after frustration I walk over to the contractors and the guys doing the work had no idea! They added screens to my window within the hour. He said I wish someone would of told me, looks like we just missed your unit. Unbelievable, I pay rent and the company is completely out of touch with their tenants. Update: Even more work is getting done on the unit today. No notice, no warning, just a blatant disregard for tenants and their privacy. Best part about this reply below Im upset and I have to take further action to get my displeasure to the company by sending another email! Give Me A Break!!! Worst part about this company is they wont reply, call back, respond to any correspondence. If they want to speak to me, they have my information and obviously know where I live. What a joke of a company. Ive lived with many property managers and companies and this one is by far the worst I have dealt with.

    Less than impressed with the new property management company. I have lived here for 15 years and have loved the family run community and the management. Trinity bought the complex in December 2021 and so far they are doing a less than impressive job. They have had NO maintenance since December. I have been lied to by their call center and have been completely ignored by the property management regarding a previous maintenance issue causing me to have fix the problem myself. Now that they supposedly have finally hired maintenance staff, Maintenance have no showed our scheduled appointments twice regarding the list of other maintenance issues that have come up over the past several months. After emailing regarding the 2nd no show, I have waited several days with no response. They are also doing several large projects around the property which seem like great updates but their communication to residents regarding these projects has been sub par at best. These are peoples homes GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER RENEW ROCKCREEK!
