Absolutely the worst complex management I ever dealt with. They will rip you off and leave you naked in the streets.
I would really take some serious consideration before I step in this place again.
Such a low quality experience.

This is one of the best places Ive lived due to the amenities, beautiful interiors, and office staff! The staff is 5/5, responsive, quick, kind. Just overall great. The neighbors are a little sketch I will admit and I can hear every move from my upstairs neighbor. I also will say that storage/closet space is non existent which really is a bummer. But honestly for the price, amenities, and awesome office staff, Im super happy here and can deal with a little nonsense until I can afford a house.

Unfortunately customer service is lacking. When I asked to the front desk representative to talking to the manager she responded, the manager has more important things on her to do list so you can just email her. That response phased me so I responded, So your saying that my concern is not worthy enough to talk to the manager? And she instantly transferred me. Ummm kinda rude.. anyways the hot tub was broken for THREE months. We do get charged for amenity fees, so when I reached out to the manager Elle about getting those fees reimbursed to during the three months that residents could not use them. She refused and was not very nice about it. I dont think its fair to be charged for something that you do not have access too. It would have been nice if staff was respectful and helpful.
Response: It was not three weeks it was three MONTHS.
