Please Be Careful!! I was shown an apt and told I was the only one on the list. went online to pay the "fee." I never heard back, was patient, Stopping in, I was told the unit was already rented. Instead of a refund, I was shown a possible vacancy in another building; they transferred my fees to that unit. I waited five days was told I had had terrible rental history, Impossible, for I owned my own home for 12 years and had rented from PSU. You may find like me, this is apt, with a ton of homeless activity may lead you down a hopeless trial, and you like me will be out your 50.00

It's an old building that was recently renovated. The apartment I was in had fresh pain and new carpet

Apt wasn't clean or painted,no shampooing. It was gross.
