Lower Burnside Lofts Apartments

Our team has been working with Jessica (the Senior Property Manager) for years now, and we have never had a negative experience with anyone at Lower Burnside Lofts! From the management team, maintenance team, and even the tenants; everyone has been extremely kind and accommodating to our Window Cleaning technicians. We routinely clean the windows at Lower Burnside Lofts, so rest assured knowing this building is incredibly well maintainedand your views will always look great!

I recently moved into this apartment complex and the reason why was; 1- The apartment has a west facing view over downtown I get to watch sunsets over the Portland skyline every night is 2- Rooftop w/ heated & covered seating and a fully equipped BBQ 3- Lexi, the leasing/management person is a GEM! Super responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Im from NYC originally, and she is on it. I actually wanted to move to a different place but because of her overall efficiency and attention to detail I knew living in this building I would be taken care of. J. PS the maintenance person is also amazingalways taking care of anything the building needs ASAPthis place is fantastic

This is such an amazing apartment building, great view of the city and new appliances. But the worst property management I have ever dealt with, to clarify the folks who work at the building like the manager and maintenance people are very amazing and sweet but the Berkshire property management is filled with unreasonable and non-empathetic people. My bike got stolen from inside of the apartment behind two fab door and all I got from them was, things happen and it sucks... My car got broken into three times outside of the building while waiting for a parking spot to be available (in 6 weeks) all I was told we can't do more this is Portland. again no empathy They changed systems on us with very short notice and the tenants are the one who need to keep up and deal with all the consequences. All and all the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, no flexibility and the moment you complain they throw legal actions and threats your way. Again the property staff are wonderful but the parent company is the absolute worst.
