1 star review because the on-site manager does not care about tenant concerns nor does he address them. All of the positive reviews are from when Sammie and Candence were property managers. Things have SIGNIFICANTLY changed for the worse since the new hire. We as tenants are fed up, sick and tired, and ready for a change. Many of us are starting to use our voices in order to be heard. Many bikes have been stolen, tenants have been assaulted, and I was nearly attacked by my psychotic neighbor. None of these issues have been taken seriously by the on-site manager. The lease agreement means absolutely nothing once you move in. Tenants are allowed to do whatever they want LITERALLY. No longer can I take Conam management seriously when their own property manager behaves like a child. Seems like they are hiring randoms off of the street. This is not quality, luxury, or peaceful. Overpriced for the lack of assistance the property manager is providing which is none.

During my short stay in Portland this apartment complex and the staff made a lasting impression on me. Candace and Sammie are absolutely amazing. They treat every tenant like family and are always there when you need them. The units are beautiful and the amenities are great also. If I hadn’t transferred out of state I would definitely still be a resident.

Scammy Applying for an apartment, they will charge your credit card the so-called security deposit. For whatever reason, the $300 "security deposit" to lease is not refundable after 72 hours even if you decide not to lease with them. In the universe where I'm from, security deposits are sent via certified check, and returned at the end of the lease provided a tenant treated the apartment well and left in good condition. I have to ring my card's concierge to basically block the payment...very scammy, very grifty.

Sammie was amazingly professional, prompt and so thorough with tours and move in details. The apt building is modern, clean and full of beautiful amenities for its renters.

Never felt more at home in my life. The space, design, and amenities made living here an easy choice. Also, Sammie and Candace make a great management team and have been friendly and personable since moving in in April. Happy to call this place home!
