We have enjoyed living here for 5 years. Cameron is outstanding! Maintaining this place has never been easier, nor more enjoyable. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness has not gone unnoticed by the tenants , especially those of us long-term. Curtis has assisted at this property as well. Awesome team. Courtney has been responsive in bringing our asks to upper management, and has been a pleasure to deal with. All else is self-evident. Good location, nice place, sweet view, etc... but working in hospitality, I really appreciate people being awesome. And Cameron is just that. TK Fry…update: Curtis came through once again with a quick and thoughtful visit to put longer screws in a temperamental bathroom door.

I lived at Corbett Heights for over three years. The neighborhood is great, the apartment was comfortable and was quiet for most of my time living there. Lots of shifts in management but overall I had a positive experience living there for the price.

I liked the apartment itself. The cost was high but it Is in Portland. Management was very hard to contact. There was no walk through performed. I moved out without anyone contacting me and had to return keys at a different location that I could not get into until a delivery person let me in. Then, the office person didn't know why I was there. When I told her I was returning keys she seemed confused and had nothing for me to sign. I received only half of my deposit back without an itemized reason as to why money was deducted. They are very unresponsive whether you try text, phone call, email, or through their website. I have tried all ways to contact them and they are equally unresponsive to all forms of communication. It would be nice to know why $136 was taken out of my $300 deposit when I left the apartment spotless With no walk through at the begining or end of lease and no itemization of these deductions, I have no idea why the money is missing from my fully refundable deposit.
