Quinten Tower

I have called, emailed, Zillowed, and all of these above to get a hold of this place.. haven't heard anything. And I applied cause I need a place to live and this place fits the location I need to be in and price still haven't heard anything... I am kind of at my ends.

Not worth it. New building, but cheaply made. Not well sound-proofed. You can hear other tenants' personal conversations from inside their apartments while you're in your own. Roof noise is bad if you're living in a top-floor apartment and I'm sure upper apartment noise is bad for those living below. The place always smells like a bad combination of smoke and air freshener. Street parking is very limited if you choose not to pay for an overpriced parking spot in their largely unused lot. Package theft is a problem. They are also systematically taking "deposits" from tenants, knowing that few will have the resources to fight back.

This property has CONSTANT LOUD NOISE before 8/9am that wakes tenants/neighbors still sleeping regularly. If you live in or neighbor the building expect to wake up abruptly to the Quinten Tower maintenance person pulling in or out their 30 recycling bins every week, the industrial leaf blower or pressure washer or weed-wacker blasting outside your window early morning (every single Tuesday before 9am to be exact which is so rude) and blaring speaker all day/ night from the call box. People leave their pets on the balcony in the rain to cry. Theres a long curly haired little troll boy who lives there with his greasy haggard gremlin girlfriend that fight and yell at people and each other all day/night with their two dogs they let loose while simultaneously living in an illegally parked bus out front smoking cigs everywhere including their balcony. This is basically the Loserville Inn!

I live near these apartments. I find myself not able to sleep much or enjoy being home due to the noise the dogs make from this building. Owners leave them out on the porches. Nice for the dogs but there should be some sort of training that needs to be done to limit the barking. Im hoping this review helps. Its so loud and frequent. Its really putting a tole on me. I cant be the only one
