The Property Manager, Avin, provides the highest level of service I have ever seen from from a property manager in the entire Portland-Metro area. I have lived all over. Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, you name it. She is an A+ is every category you would ever need at an apartment complex. Kindness. Responsiveness. Professionalism. Honesty. Integrity. All A+ statistics. Just incredible stuff for Portland. If every manager was as professional as her, this city would honestly be a better place.

I lived at The Albert for a year, and cant say enough good things about it! Its safe, cozy, well maintained, centrally located, and above all well managed! The best thing about The Albert is Avin, the community manager. She is SO warm and knowledgeable, always making sure to make sure your needs are met. I truly felt a sense of relief while living there knowing that if I needed anything, Avin would be responsive and handle it. She is a total rockstar and the biggest reason I enjoyed my time at The Albert as much as I did!

The location of the Albert is perfect for accessing bars, restaurants, shops and Irving park. Avin made everything from my initial apartment tour to my move out day so smooth and easy. Her communication was always prompt and her energy made my day. Maintenance was quick and I always felt that the building was clean. 12/10 recommend!
