Lovejoy Station

It used to just be a bunch of seniors but now the residents are the worst, people standing outside all hours of night smoking and drinking, then getting in arguments yelling well past midnight. Certain residents will go out of front door to pee on the building instead of using toilet in their apartment. Dogs left on balcony for hours whining and barking. Just in the past 6 months/year the quality has gone way down. Cops were just there yesterday to arrest someone in a unit last night. Management needs to get their residents under control or start evicting.

Are these properties HUD or not? Why can't I simply get a list of NW HUD properties in Portland Oregon, that say they are HUD properties instead of turning out Not to be?????????????

Ive seen dead bodies come out of this building first hand. They are run by Home Forward and Pinehurst MGMT which are basically slum lords. They recently decided to cut or fire all security staff because some of their low income residents are short on rent. Great job, blame your tenants for the safety of the building. Total trash class action lawsuit? Anyone?

Management is a joke here and sits around letting problems escalate/never fixing them. Loud neighbors that get the cops called on them but management doesnt even consider eviction; animal waste gets tracked in and is poorly cleaned up leaving smells; people smoke everything under the sun just to add to how bad it smells here. Overall a horrible place and other residents Ive talked to agree how poor management is at their job
