Mud Bay

The people who work here are wonderful!!! My cats favorite food was discontinued and they gave me a few cans to try out. Of course 2/3 of my cats loved the one just out of my price range! I went back in to buy it anyway and they gave me a couple more budget friendly ones to try. 3/3 cats loved it right away. I'm beyond grateful!

My favorite Mud Bay location: Warm, engaging staff, LOTS of food/treat for my dog, and even a big cooler filled with pet ice creams! I love bringing my pup here!

I went to Mud Bay once and will continue to come even though there is a pet store on my street. Its a little further of a walk, but well worth it for the Customer Service. Every time I have been, the staff have been super friendly and helpful. I told them that my cat was very picky with the type of food and treat she eats and they gave me a can of food on the house. They also let me take a few samples of treats for her to try at home before I committed to buying an entire bag. I had just moved to the area and expressed my concern for my kitty and her anxiety and they recommended something to plug-in to help calm and ease her. I truly believe if you give someone good customer service, they will continue to be loyal to the business and return.

Mud Bay does to pet stores what Starbucks does to local coffee shops. A once-local now-chain-store from Washington opens up shops in neighborhoods with already well-established locally-owned pet stores. Just take a look at Google maps and youll see how they strategically place their locations.
