Dr. Loomis saved my life after receiving a 2-year death sentence from my neurologist. I received treatment from OHSU as my IQ plummeted from 188 to 64, they simply stated that Refractory Seizure Disorder, as the result of a head injury had limited treatment options and that dementia would set in as seizure activity damaged my brain. I couldnt get out of bed more than 3 days weekly.
