I saw some bad reviews here but they took great care of me I detoxed there last month and haven't relapsed yet. Thanks to all the great staff members at Fora health. I couldn't have done it alone

Great counselors and outpatient program, bad parking and parking directions and little help when going in the main entrance.. make sure to press the call button just to have them open the front door.

: Title: Disappointing Experience at Fora Detox Center I recently sought treatment at the Fora Detox Center, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As someone who was already feeling vulnerable due to substance abuse, the way I was treated left me feeling even worse. Discriminatory Treatment: From the moment I arrived, I noticed a stark difference in how I was treated compared to other patients. It was evident that some patients received preferential treatment, while I felt like an afterthought. Precipitated Withdrawal Nightmare: The staffs decision to put me through precipitated withdrawals was nothing short of traumatic. I experienced intense restlessness, body jerking, and cold sweats. Instead of empathy, I was met with indifference. Dismissive Attitude: When I raised my concerns with the nurses, their response shocked me. They callously suggested I could just leave if I wasnt satisfied. As someone seeking help, this lack of empathy was disheartening. Racial Bias: The medical teams behavior was unacceptable. I felt discriminated against based on my race. No one should be treated worse than an animal, especially in a healthcare setting. Worse Than Any Doctor or Vet: Ive encountered various medical professionals in my life, but the Fora Detox Center staffs treatment was by far the worst. Their lack of compassion and professionalism is deeply concerning. In summary, Fora Detox Center failed to provide the care and support I desperately needed during a critical time. I strongly advise others to explore alternative options where theyll be treated with dignity and respect. Avoid Fora Detox Center: If youre seeking detox services, I recommend looking elsewhere. No one deserves the mistreatment I experienced at Fora.

The detox treatment wasnt fantastic but did the job which is what really matters the staff was lovely and caring but the shining light of it all was an employee named olig. One of my glasses lenses was knocked out during a seizure and not only did he remember it but joined me out at the dumpsters until it was found! He dug and dug untill my lense was found and Im beyond thankful for him Im in no position to get new glasses atm and am basically blind without them (I wouldnt recognize my parents from 4 feet ) so without his memory or his help I would have been in a horrible spot! and no one else at the facility seemed to care all that much. Once again thank you my friend for your efforts and for being an amazing soul we got to chit chat while hunting and he really is there for all the correct reasons
