This place sucks! I used to go here before I switched to another place. They make you do your groups before they will dose you. If you have any groups missing even if its just 1 group they will hold your dose over your head and tell you to do it otherwise you cant dose. I know plenty of people that have lost their jobs cuz of this place and they dont care. They say that theyre here to help you but they dont. They just care about the $ they get outta you. So if your looking for clinics to go to definitely dont go here or you will regret it.

I’ve had good and not so good counselors....overall I’ve had a good experience here and I love my counselor Gabrielle and they have the best head nurse kacey, and a great doctor. I feel the team of people working there is there to help me which is a good feeling.

If you think your life is bad now, just wait until you go to this clinic! Your life WILL be in shambles, unless you are one of the lucky ones... Everyone starts having health and dental issues that are mysterious. The Staff tries to say they stem from all the years you didn't seek medical and dental care while actively abusing other substances. That's a lie! It may be true for a very select few but the rest either made regular appointments and check UPS or went when necessary. They also say that the increased memory loss is due to the opiate replacement you chose. Also, not true. Go to Ideal Option or another facility and you'll find a much easier time and you won't have to deal with other people's agenda on a regular basis.

This is a fantastic clinic. I have been a patient here for close to 2 years now. I've never had an issue of any kind. I was told by others that sometimes they intentionally say your UA was alcohol positive to take away your take-outs, and oddly this had happened to me. I told them there's no way I was positive, so they asked me to schedule a blood draw in another lab to make sure. I did that right away, the results came back negative and I didn't lose my take outs. I don't think they do any of this intentionally, it's just their equipment. As long as you follow up, you'll be fine. At the moment, I go to the clinic once a month. My counselor is solid man, and I couldn't be happier with the clinic. I gave four stars mostly due to the patients, as I was approached twice and asked whether I had drugs on me to sell but it was nothing I couldn't deal with. The other reason is clinics location. It's not accessible via TriMET but they do have a shuttle to and from a transit center.
