Josh is delightful to work with, I appreciate him coaching me on what changes I need to make and what supplements to discontinue or include in order to support my progress with scapular pain. He is very intuitive with his acupuncture treatments and confirms what I am feeling by finding exact locations of discomfort despite me not always knowing how to communicate what I am experiencing. For me, working with him has been a validating and supportive experience.

I had shoulder and elbow pain for over two years before seeing Castillo Wellness. I tried various pain killer medicines but it didnt help at all. I decided to take the natural path and got an acupuncture because I was tired of taking pain medication. Ive tried out 5 different acupuncturists and also tried Chinese herbs but the pain didnt go away completely. It keeps lingering deep down inside my shoulder and elbow joint. Many times the pain escalated down to my fingers into the knuckles of my thumb. I was devastated in thinking this could be a permanent pain. I needed to find a way to fix my body or Id be stuck with this pain for life. I was skeptical at first, but what do I have to lose since the previous treatment didnt alleviate the pain completely. So, I called Castillo Wellness and was treated by Joshua. After a month of treatment, the pain around my shoulder and elbow got a lot better. I was surprised with the treatment. He treated me with natural herbs, acupuncture, and massage and the pain is slowly going away. Im so happy that the pain deep down in my elbow is completely gone. I could raise my arm up in the air without pain now. Im so happy that Ive found someone who cares about their patients well being, listens to their patients, and find ways to help his patient. It is very hard to find a doctor who uses the natural ways of treating pain. So I have to share my experience to get the words out because it took me a while to find this clinic. In addition, Josh also treated in detoxing my internal system. This helps me to have more energy and alleviating the tiredness I used to be. Josh Castillo is my hero!

I contacted Castillo Wellness as I was having digestive issues as well as problems getting my blood pressure under control. I was already on 3 BP prescriptions, and I didn't know what to do. After testing me, Castillo Wellness recommended several supplements for me that improved my blood pressure as well as my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. I also received help with my digestion by taking digestive enzymes with my meals. I can't thank Castillo Wellness enough for the assistance I received. I feel so much better.
