They are either out of business or desperate enough for funds to ignore long term patients. Before COVID I was a pregnant woman who had regular appointments and bought multi-massage packages. When COVID happened I still had credits but they will not return my calls. I get it, you're broke, but tell me you need help, don't just ignore me. I'm going to reach out one more time then try for a chargeback on the massage package.

Extraordinary care providers, but beware if you try to use insurance here - they do NOT accept insurance. I found my provider through my companys directory of acupuncture specialists. I made an appointment and completed their new patient questionnaire which requests my insurance information twice and then mandates that I send a copy of my insurance card. Great! After my appointment, I was informed that I needed to pay cash upfront for my appointment, because we dont know if we take your insurance despite having my insurance info for nearly two weeks at this point. She was too busy to called United Healthcare at that time, and explained to me that you really dont want us to try and bill your insurance, because when we bill insurance we WAY inflate the bill and youre going to wind up paying a lot more when you just get charged anyway. This was surprising? Not a legal beagle, so no idea if this constitutes fraud. After days trying to get resolution, which would be tomorrow, then tomorrow, then next week, I was told that actually its our policy that you pay cash upfront for your first appointment so we wouldnt have billed your insurance anyway. There were no fewer than FIVE communications from the Center prior to my appointment, and at no point was it disclosed that your first appointment was cash only - and only AFTER my appointment! I confirmed my next appointment anyway because my provider was amazing, and a day later I received notice that it was cancelled. These folks do NOT take insurance. Do NOT come here if you are expecting your care to be covered by insurance. Theyll openly tell you that they dont like insurance, though they are listed prominently in United Healthcares covered providers directory. Unethical, shameful behavior that robbed my of $150 I didnt have, and shocking service from a wholistic acupuncture + care provider in the same neighborhood Ive called home for over a decade.

Christopher has been the most amazing acupuncturist. I have followed him, for over a year now, and walk 1.5 hours to receive care from him. He creates a safe space of transparency and love, without judgement; that leaves me personally feeling inspired, powerful, and healthy. I pray I never have to search for another acupuncturist again. Because I believe I found the one. As a young man, he has offered and extended more than just his craft; he has counseled me, comunicantes local events, and aided me more than I can explain with words. If this review is anything, I hope I communicated Thank you for being apart of my life, and for helping me move past my past, myself, and things out of my control.

I had a massage and it was lovely! So relaxing and very good atmosphere. I definitely would love to come back again.
