Liesl gave me the most enjoyable, peaceful, and uplifting massage that I have ever had. She created a space that felt welcoming, safe, and full of care. She spent time patiently asking questions to understand my every need and listening to what i was hoping to receive from the treatment. She incorporated Reiki healing energy in the space, all while giving a professional massage. I left the treatment feeling energized and inspired! Dr. Hammer Stevens truly is an expert at the practice of dry needling. Her knowledge of anatomy, willingness to listen to me as a patient, and dry needling technique made for incredibly healing sessions. As someone prone to myofascial pain, the treatment of dry needling was both life-changing and validating. I have since began to make progress on my pain levels that have previously not budged for years. It is important that you do other things alongside dry needling (seeing physiotherapist, PT, etc. - everyone needs a different plan) to correct the reasons why one is getting knots in the first place. Booking is easy and the clinic location always has had street parking adjacent to it. Could not recommend any more!

What a difference Dr. Sarah has made. I was on prednisone for a pinched nerve in my neck causing numbness in my fingers and not getting better. Sleep was a real challenge. I did not want surgery and medication was not a long term option I wanted to consider. I saw Dr. Sarah 2 times a week for the first two weeks then once a week thereafter. After the first four session the numbers in my fingers was gone. The pain in my neck had subsided and I was sleeping. I could not be more pleased with the results and the way my body responded. I am now seeing Dr. Sarah for various sports related injuries to my lower body that have caused chronic tightness and inflammation. At 54, I am still very active and always looking for ways to turn back the clock. Especially when they work. Thank you Dr. Sarah.
