The office is lovely and easily accessed. Dr. Grady is exceptionally kind and thorough in his assessment and treatment, always listening carefully to the patient's input before offering recommendations.

I contacted this clinic by email on sunday night, nobody called me so i called on tuesday and i explained the receptionist that they just need to call at the number for providers and it wont take long because that insurance works with any clinic as it is open network, so she told me she will pass my information to the insurance coordinator, so i received a call from the receptionist wednesday at almost 5 pm just to tell me they dont know my insurance so they recommend i do this and that, so what i want to tell you lazy employees is that on wednesday the massage therapist i saw before called me and took my insurance information and in less than an hour i was approved to get services through my insurance, so if you dont want to do your job why have a job like that and if you dont know the insurance how can you get to know them if you didnt even took the time to call them, shame on both of you lazy employees, i hope your boss see this. ANSWER TO YOUR APOLOGIES IS NOT THE TIME IT TOOK, IS THE RESPONSE THAT THE LADY DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THAT INSURANCE, WHICH MEANS SHE DIDNT WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO CALL SO I WAS DENIED SERVICES, READ AND GET TO KNOW YOUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEYRE NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I EXPLAINED ON MY REVIEW THAT I EXPLAINED THE RECEPTIONIST ON THE PHONE THEY NEEDED TO CALL TO GET APPROVE BECAUSE MY INSURANCE IS OPEN NETWORK, STOP PLAYING LIKE YOU DONT UNDERSTAND AS IT IS THE SAME WAY YOUR EMPLOYEES ACT. AND I UNDERSTAND MY INSURANCE SO STOP PLAYING THE FOOL, I HAVE USE IT MORE THAN ONCE AND WHEN THE PROFESSIONAL IS ABLE TO CALL THEM I GET APPROVED IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.

I saw Ken Stern for Craniosacral therapy and Trigger Point Massage over a span of about six months. Ken's skills with both modalities was superb. He created an environment of warmth and professionalism that allowed me to feel safe, grounded, and connected. It is clear that he is deeply passionate about his work, constantly learning more about how to fine-tune and develop his skills and sensitive to what is most needed for each of his patients within a session. I was able to attune to my body's innate wisdom with craniosacral work, and with trigger point, I left sessions pain-free. Ken was generous with his knowledge around follow-up questions and resources. I can't recommend him enough!
