Nice when you can get ahold of them but they require pestering and double texting before they respond. I applied for a rental and the online self viewing scheduler never sent me a code. it took me asking 4+ times before my question about viewing it was answered. Now its been another week and I can't get a response from them at all.

Does not answer or return phone calls. Extremely difficult to get in touch with.

Tara has been amazing since the first time we had to email her about the rental. She is good with communicating. She is quick at getting back to us. I am totally completely thankful for her that she gave us a chance to rent from her. Im 100% thankful and so very grateful for her.

I hired Tara to manage properties. She sounded great and came with a recommendation. After months of lack of communication, frustration of the same stories and excuses we finally had to take our business elsewhere. I tried to keep the expectations of communication at the forefront. I asked to give notice to a tenant due to safety concerns of the home. It was 5 months later FINALLY they were given 3 months to vacate. Absolutely ridiculous! When asked, "the lawyer should be in contact this week" not to mention I had to ask for statements over and over. Cost of managing properties that need work can be expensive, I needed to budget for expenses, Tara would not send me statements. Tara would tell me her assistant was working on it. Tara would not respond to emails, text or calls. If you don't answer the person who pays you, do you do the same for the tenants if they have issues? The answer is yes! I talked to the tenants, yes she didn't communicate with them either. The last straw was the eviction notice given so late, now we are headed to court. Never did get any thing from Tara, proving we had to go to court or what the verdict was. When the tenants finally did move out. I asked for the yard to be kept up and utilities transferred. That didn't happen either. Absolutely shouldn't be in this business if you don't communicate. Edited: We had inspections on the homes when we hired Tara. She was to help us bring these homes back to a comfortable standard. When selling the homes, another inspection took place. None of the work was completed. No rental contracts signed. Nothing was done during the 10 months with Tara. No wonder she didnt communicate, she wasnt doing anything.
