        I give 1 star because if you live outside of the cities or towns you have to use them for internet dsl and have to have a phone line as well. They charge 130.00 for 12 mbs and 2 mbps upload if lucky. If you stream movies then good luck as its pretty much impossible to stream a movie in good quality as everything is being pushed to streaming.

        No after hour account support and rude after hour service support technician. Very disappointed in the monopolized provider that is willing to make customers suffer because they have no other option in the local area.

        I called Pioneer Connect today to see if they could stop the robo calls ? I got Shannon Morgan on the line and let me tell you this gal saved me 19 dollars and got rid of the robo calls. Her boss should give her a raise, it's hard to find someone who wants to work let alone help the customer! Thank you Shannon
