Good improvements with customer service and support. Nice staff and good insurance rates. Other places have charged a lot more but Jose is able to give great rates to customers especially with unique circumstances

Great experience, was paying almost $250 elsewhere for insurance and now Im at $115. It pays to get quotes and have someone who has your best interest shop around for you.

It's horrible now that Kim has left, the guy Jose doesn't do what customers ask I've called 3 times to change something he finally returned a call and said "okay I'll get it done" almost a month later still isn't completed.. time to look elsewhere after 8 yrs with this company.

Although there has recently been a change in ownership, the process for me has been smooth. Im happy because after the change in ownership my policy was looked at again and it was discovered that I probably couldve been saving money all those years. There are many changes and little issues with changes in ownership because of the adjustment period, people dont have have grace and kindness or patience for that anymore. The new couple who purchased the agency helped me every step of the way. I was patient and understanding because I know what its like to be in a brand new situation. I was moved to a new company with better coverage and a big savings to my checkbook. Another benefit is that the building is open consistently now and Jose will answer your phone call or text anytime, day or night, 365 days a year. Thats exactly what anyone would want in an agent.
