Disappointing experience. My family have been regulars here at the Southgate location for years, we live close by and it was our go-to spot for gas, snacks, drinks etc. Right before Christmas I stopped in for gas, paid in cash and drove away without pumping my gas! My fault, I am STILL getting used to new self pump service. I went straight back after work to explain what had happened, the employee remembered me from earlier, she was very nice and tried to help me but there was no management there and she was not sure what to do. I left my name and number and she said her Manager would contact me. Of course no one contacted me, BUT I went back in the next day and the same employee told me her manager said there was nothing he could do. I was surprised I asked if they had cameras, clearly they could see that I paid and drove away without getting gas? They said yes they do have cameras but since someone must have come and pumped gas after I left there is nothing they could do. New owners seem to have put a lot of time and money into improving this location, too bad they cant put the same kind of attention into quality of service. Shortsighted of management to lose regular business over $30 in gas, we wont be returning.

Toby is an amazing person, we were having car trouble and he went above and beyond to do whatever he could to help us. Thank you Sinclair for having such kind employees and good customer service.
