Love getting my hair done by Kaila Lien. She is great with every service I throw her way from a perm to cut to getting red outta my hair. She has become the family stylist. Adding some before and after pictures

Amber is the best. She was able to fit me in when my regular stylist bailed right before a family wedding. She does a great job and I tell everyone about her and how great Smart Style is. Services: Haircut, Beard trim

I can say I haven't even had a haircut at this establishment, but I HAVE HAD 2 important experiences, for the consumer, w/ this establishment and I am already disappointed. I have been calling since 1pm to set up an appointment and STILL no answer. Will I leave a message, no I will not. For two reasons. One, I look on their website and see, they are open AND wait time is 0 min. Poor customer service, as well as giving Smart Style a bad name. Not answering their phones. Two - no one has called my daughter in law back since Friday and since early this afternoon, WITH her leaving messages and asking for a call back to schedule her daughter for a haircut. Poor customer service in a big way. No wonder I see their place empty most of the time. Thank you for well, NOTHING SmartStyle. I will continue to take my business out of town and support the businesses that know good customer service is the key to continue to have customers and well, repeat customers. P.S- In order for me to post this - I have to give them at least a "star" - Which, I don't believe this establishment deserves even that. Michelle
