Was in town for a long weekend to visit family. Somehow bottomed out on a driveway and it made the most HORRENDOUS noise - followed by dripping liquid under the car as soon as I parked. Of course I was mildly freaked out. Zeigler's got my car up on the lift first thing Monday morning, checked for damage, checked my fluids, and tested pressure in the pipes. They were able to show me the superficial scrapes on the bottom plate of the undercarriage and reassure me that the liquid was just condensation and a coincidence. I was able to make the 6 hour drive home as scheduled on Tuesday worry free. Such a huge load of my mind! Thank you so, so much for making time to set this travelers mind at ease!
