It's a beautiful forest walk that does Not lead to Cascade Head and the meadow views. Usually muddy, and mostly uphill. Parking: Not many spaces. Fees: No fee.

I couldn't find a safe place to do a headstand. But the trail is fabulous.

This trail truly has it all. Its moderately challenging, it has trees, it has steep areas, it has cove and ocean views, and it truly is a rewarding hike. Absolutely loved it would totally do it again.

Foggy with minimal view. Steep tall stairs early on trail. I am sure it would be amazing on a clear day but with heavy fog it was more if just a hike in the woods. There was a large elk heard in the field on side of road shortly before trailhead. Trailhead sign says no dogs. Fees: No fees Restrooms: No restrooms Dog-friendliness: Trailhead sign says no dogs

I love this hike. It does become overgrown and there are fallen trees that you will climb over, but that's part of its charm. Bring small poppers and cut obtrusive branches if they bother you. It's about 4 miles to the road. Up Three Rock Road a bit further is an easier trail. If you want to see a lot of beautiful ferns and impressive mossy trees this is a great hike. If you don't like uphill treks, climbing over small trees, and overgrowth skip it, but your missing ou Parking: There are 5 parking spots Restrooms: No restrooms. Dog-friendliness: My little dog is old, so we lifted her over the fallen trees and carried her up hill, but she had a great time.
